For 4 years, I worked for and led the global venture accelerator – IDEA. I was part of the Investment Team, ran Operations & Platforms and recently was appointed to be CEO during the 10th Anniversary.

I directed the incubation and launch of our global portfolio containing 350 industry agnostic ventures mentored by a partnership infrastructure of 250 key industry experts and investors

I led on multiple initiatives that helped boost total ventures launched to 75, external funding raised to 202M+ and spearheaded strategy around 10-year anniversary growth initiatives

Fundraising - Raised $1,000,000 in capital to sustain scale over the next 5 years

Stakeholder Management - Aligned organizational initiatives with the interdisciplinary teams, industry experts, advisory board, university deans, angel investors, and venture capitalists

Leadership - Managed a 42-member team to drive organizational operations & finances while overseeing a $250,000 Seed Fund and $150,000 Prototype Fund that provided seed investment to 120 ventures

10 Year Campaigns - Devised large scale multi-channel monthly campaigns that enhanced brand reach by 32% and press coverage from BostInno, and local startup magazines. Launched limited series Podcast “Bright IDEAs” with over 700 hits

Digital Transformation - Devised a system for the program to be more tech enabled through the launch of a resources portal, 200+ virtual community, and automated venture throughput operations that resulted in 68% increase in engagement

Business Analytics - Developed analytics program to collect, track and analyze over 150 touchpoints and improved KPIs

Product Management - Built out 8 new incubation programs that we introduced and resulted in 11 ventures launched this year

Crisis Management - Deployed plans to move programing virtual and operations remote without any suspension from newly built digital platforms during COVID-19 outbreak

Investments - Invested over $250,000 in early stage deep-tech, consumer-tech and digital startups that have now raised VC funding

Collaborated with the national brand team on multi-channel Go-To-Market strategies & campaigns by analyzing market data to understand consumer wants, needs, and beliefs for national launches.

Segment Research - Created a network of partnerships with Indian venture capital firms, small & medium enterprises, as well as co-working spaces for the development of an incubator program- Red Bull Basement

National Campaign - Designed strategy for a six-week nationwide targeted campaign to increase consumption awareness of Red Bull in the growing fitness industry through cross-functional activations from digital to field marketing tactics that resulted in a roll out in all major cities
